Responsibilities
1. Identify user profiles, tasks, hazard-related use scenarios, usability risks and requirements.
2. Responsible for translating UX research insights, user needs, business requirements and technical requirements into pleasant and efficient User Experiences.
3. Plan and execute formative usability studies.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior designers supporting them on professional development, output and productivity.
5. Cooperate with the UX and Human Factors team to identify synergies and improve our processes, shared methods and templates.
6. Advocate for accessibility, quality and usability for end-users.
7. Support team members on the usability testing process and methods.
Profile
1. MS in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering or other related technical field.
2. Multiple years of relevant experience.
3. Experience with formative evaluations methods, including usability testing.
4. Experience in collecting and analyzing physiological and behavioral data.
5. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate know-how, experiences, ideas, solutions and deliverables effectively and persuasively.
6. Knowledge about tools or platforms to automate usability testing.
7. You like to stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to usability testing and other formative evaluation methods.
8. Experienced in planning, executing and documenting usability studies in the medical field is a plus.
9. Fluent in English, other languages are always a big plus.
10. Nice to have: Knowledge managing testing participant databases.
