How you can make a difference:
In this interesting position, you are part of an interdisciplinary team, building the interface between our customers and different internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, regulatory affairs, technical support, marketing, sales etc.). You will be responsible for designing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well for managing the complete life cycle of the allocated products. Understanding customer needs and turning them into technical requirements, evaluating clinical data and networking are part of the job as long as defining product value propositions, positioning, and targeting. As a competent point of contact, you advise and support different stakeholders in all use-related topics arising for our medical devices.
That's what you bring along:
You have successfully completed a biomedical degree or have a comparable qualification with corresponding additional qualifications. Furthermore, you are knowledgeable in the fields of commercialization of a product, marketing acumen and regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDR, harmonized and ISO standards, etc.), and a multidisciplinary working environment.
You are result oriented and characterized by a high degree of organizational talent. The ability to work in a team, willingness to take on initiative and a high motivation to improve and promote the medical devices of your responsibility are essential skills.
Ideally, you have additional knowledge in, and practical experience with respiratory therapy, and/or intensive care.
For candidates with no experience but a comparable education we are open to interview for a junior position in the team.
An excellent command of the English language is expected; German is an advantage. Further, knowing how to work with Microsoft Office is a must. The position requires 20 to 30% of travel time (internationally).
