We are looking for an at short-term available
Your mission
Provide competent and confident hands-on onsite Support within the SLAs
Troubleshoot hardware & applications workplace incidents
Find solutions in cooperation with the internal and external service providers
Ensure a smooth process within the service hours
Make certain that users expectations are met
Your profile
Several years of experience in IT support (including onsite / field support)
Strong service and customer orientation as well as good communication skills
Confident handling of ticket systems and common IT tools (Windows, M365, Azure)
Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
Details Start: April/May
Duration: End of year (option: extension until end of next year)
