Leading Store Teams
* Recruit new staff members based on predefined profiles with HR and retail manager agreement.
* Integrate and train new team members.

* Ensure store maintenance, materials, and necessary equipment.
* Monitor and maintain material reserves and back office organization according to defined processes.
* Manage logistics tasks (quality and quantity control of deliveries, unpacking packages, product placement).
* Apply and respect product flow specifications (falsely delivered goods, transfers, defective items, returns, etc.).
* Confirm ware-orders and optimize stock replenishment based on analysis.
