Key Responsibilities:
* Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication, coordinating investor inquiries and requests.
* Develop and own storylines for infrastructure solutions, including marketing materials.
* Serve as the primary interface between our organization and existing/prospective clients in Private Banking Department regarding infra products.
* Support third parties, such as placement agents, or take ownership of their tasks.
* Establish and lead processes for advisory committee meetings, investor calls, and ad-hoc client meetings, including setting up meetings, preparing materials with internal stakeholders, and participating in meetings.
* Oversee reporting to ensure accurate wording for target customer groups.
* Lead Investor Relations communications, creating content and managing newsletters/articles in financial publications.
* Participate in and drive internal projects, focusing on product development tasks.
RFP Management:
* Take full ownership of the RFP/DDQ process from prospective investors using available content items and data.
* Be responsible for the organization's standard DDQs, handling updates, developing RFP content, and improving efficiency in information sourcing.
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, with an international focus.
* 10 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes and content management.
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent tertiary education.
* Ability to oversee complex work streams, prioritize tasks, and influence others to meet objectives.
* Familiarity with relevant legal frameworks for illiquid funds and experience handling changes in Fund Documentation is an asset.
* Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and ability to manage internal/external stakeholders effectively.
* Process-oriented approach leading to structured and documented workflows.
* Excellent organizational skills, hands-on attitude, and team player mindset.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, and integrity are essential.
* Pragmatic and solution-focused working approach.
