The Opportunity
We are seeking a (Senior) Director M&A Integration to lead the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the Roche/Genentech organization on the Pharma side. This role involves managing sophisticated integration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless merger or acquisition execution.
* Develop and implement structured integration processes and playbooks.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement integration activities efficiently.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related communications.
* Partner with People & Culture to support smooth employee transitions.
* Supervise financial targets and proactively identify integration risks.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background, a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or a Science-related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of confirmed experience in M&A and/or Business Development (BD), with a proven track record of successfully leading complex integration initiatives within multifaceted corporate environments.
* Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
* Strong background in IT systems and digital transformation.
* Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
* Experience in the Pharma drug development process.
* Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
