Missions
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the founder.
* Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
* Support in organizing company events and meetings.
* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Profil du candidat
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
