A leading global manufacturer of commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment is expanding its presence in Switzerland.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth through dealer networks and key account management.

Develop and manage relationships with dealers and distributors across Switzerland
Grow key accounts, including major industry players
Expand sales into hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other institutional kitchens
Organise and participate in dealer and customer events at the Munich showroom
Identify and onboard new distribution partners to increase market reach
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
What We Are Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience (ideally two or more years) in commercial catering equipment or foodservice solutions
Fluent in English and German (French or Italian an advantage)
Strong dealer and distributor management experience, with a focus on long-term relationship building
A consultative sales approach, with the ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work autonomously
An understanding of professional kitchens and the foodservice industry
