The Global Records and Information Management Organization (GRO) is a commercial organization focused on developing, selling, and supporting solutions for customers in our regions and key global vertical industries, enabling them to transform their businesses.
About the Role
1. To support our growth objectives, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland, representing a significant opportunity to grow our market share.
This position requires a true hunter with extensive direct sales experience selling to large corporations and a proven track record of winning new accounts. Ideally, you will have existing senior relationships in the German-speaking Swiss market that can be expanded.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services.
2. Manage tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across assigned accounts.
3. Promote and sell solutions addressing corporate customers' information management needs.
4. Achieve new business revenue growth among defined customers and prospects.
5. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
6. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, contributing to business development and implementation.
