In order to strengthen the team in our prestigious boutique in Zürich in Bahnhofstrasse, we are recruiting our future Sales Advisor.
As an ambassador of the Brand, you will actively participate in the development of our sales in Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories. You will also take care of the back office, after-sales service, inventory management, and support activities.
Accountabilities
As a Sales Advisor, your goal is to offer a unique client experience, ensuring the quality of service to develop strong relationships with clients. You will autonomously manage sales activities related to all product categories (Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories), achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and ensuring the best product display in the store. You will support the customer throughout the entire process and develop networking through events and new initiatives.
Additionally, you will perform back-office activities such as being responsible for receiving, controlling, and integrating goods into the stock. You will manage intra-shop transfers by sending and receiving products. You will handle tagging activities, from product receiving to repricing, and perform after-sales service tasks such as taking items for repair from the sales staff, contacting and organizing item shipments to repair centers. You will also actively participate in inventories and Visual Merchandising with the team.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a high-end luxury boutique. Passionate about jewelry, watches, and accessories, you are recognized as a determined, sales-driven person with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to drive sales and grow your client portfolio through active networking.
Client-focused, you strive to understand your clients’ needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Your excellent communication skills enable you to perform effectively in your daily activities and maintain strong relationships with customers. You are flexible and rigorous, working in an organized and structured manner even when multitasking.
Finally, you easily use Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP and CRM systems. You are fluent in German and in English; proficiency in other languages would be a distinct advantage.
