Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
1. Act as the strategic HR advisor to the Swiss Leadership team and partner with the plant leadership teams to deliver the overall HR experience.
2. Coach and advise managers, leaders, and HR partners.
3. Work closely with other HR functions (HR services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to manage the successful delivery of professional HR support to drive business imperatives.
4. Understand and develop local HR strategies and priorities while balancing other functional HR priorities.
5. Strategically execute all HR initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and feedback to project owners.
6. Participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the Swiss HR perspective is included.
7. Regularly review all country policies, processes, and employee compensation & benefits to align with internal and external trends and business needs.
8. Execute the communications strategy for the site in Switzerland.
9. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and labor laws.
10. Foster a climate of positive and productive employee relations.
11. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement tools and metrics to support execution and monitoring.
12. Detect internal and environmental changes and influence relevant stakeholders to respond effectively.
What Your Background Should Look Like:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above is mandatory.
2. Relevant years of HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organization, with specific Swiss labor law experience (HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann certificate is a must - or equivalent).
3. Experience working in and influencing in a cross-functional global environment.
4. Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.
5. Experience in Employee Focused Communications would be a distinct advantage.
6. Continuous improvement mindset to support service to the business and achieve efficiency in the team.
7. Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally.
8. Excellent communicator, facilitator, presenter & coach.
9. Fluent in English and French.
