As Global HR Business Partner, you will determine and guide the people strategy as the sparring partner to the following Executives and their respective teams (approx. 1,500 employees globally): the Chief Technology Officer, the CFO, the Chief Supply Chain Officer, The Chief Markets Officer, and the Chief People & Culture Officer.
The position is located in SIG’s headquarter in Neuhausen, am Rheinfall, Switzerland, and in this capacity, you, together with your team in Switzerland, will also be the country representative for all employee-related topics.
As part of the global People & Culture leadership team, this role will also lead and support HR functional initiatives and change programs and act as a sponsor and advocate of functional changes, capability, policy, and process evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance
1. Support selection and appointments to the respective leadership teams as well as providing individual and team coaching and leadership development.
2. Operating model design and implementation, including alignment of organizational structures, processes, decision rights, and culture so that the organization is best fit to deliver ambitious business strategy, with clear roles & responsibilities.
Talent
1. Lead the design and implementation of complex change projects from the people perspective.
2. Design and develop leadership programs in collaboration with CoE.
3. Identify business critical capabilities and develop strategies for acquiring them externally and/or building them internally.
4. Together with leadership teams, build strong actionable succession plans for critical leadership and technical positions with a diverse talent pipeline.
Culture
1. Drive environment and conditions for strong and sustainable employee engagement.
2. Own the DE&I agenda for global functions, creating a stronger inclusive culture, visible senior leader engagement, and tackling unconscious bias.
You bring these skills, experience & education:
Qualifications
• Education: BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership teams (CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, Markets, People & Culture) and supporting large-scale organizational transformations.
• Global Perspective: Demonstrated capability in managing people strategy across multiple countries, with an understanding of cultural and legal nuances in HR practices.

• Ability to design and guide complex organizational structures, drive business strategy alignment, and act as a strategic advisor on people-related matters.
• Strong track record in leading and implementing organizational change, with skills in guiding people through change processes.
• Skilled in developing and implementing talent strategies, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development programs.
• Ability to provide coaching to senior leaders and foster leadership development within executive and extended leadership teams.
• Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with experience in developing strategies to build inclusive cultures and address unconscious biases.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to interpret data for organizational insights.
• Proficient in leading HR projects end-to-end, managing resources, timelines, and outcomes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels, particularly at the executive level.
