* Conducting user research and usability testing.
* Partnering with engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Producing visually bold marketing material, from social media assets to billboards.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re creative, collaborative, and comfortable thinking outside the box to deliver impactful designs, all while maintaining an effective and structured design process.
Responsibilities
* Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect specs, iterating at a fast pace to land on the best solutions.
* Research: Dive into user problems, analyse existing issues, and validate ideas through UX research (both qualitative and quantitative).
* Collaboration: Partner daily with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
* Communication: Advocate for user-centric design principles, bringing a design mindset to the team.
* Visual Design: Work with marketing to produce bold, vibrant designs that excite and engage our community.

* Comfort with wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, prototypes and iterative design processes.
* Strong visual design skills with the ability to creatively apply an existing brand identity to non-digital assets, such as print materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
* Experience collaborating with development teams and product managers.
* Understanding of user behavior and experience conducting UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Excellent communication skills—able to express ideas clearly through writing, visuals, and conversation.
* Solid grasp of design principles, information architecture, and best practices for web and mobile.
* A flair for sustainability and you use second marketplaces yourself.
