Seeking an experienced Business Process Management Specialist to lead process and quality improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with Business and Technology teams, conceiving and deploying sustainable, digitalized processes to enhance operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide expertise in business process management and modeling, ensuring alignment with Omya's Business Process Architecture.
2. Identify and implement improvement opportunities, ensuring new developments align with Omya's roadmap.
3. Guide project teams for process improvements, developing their skills in process performance management and improvement.
4. Document requirements and manage teams as needed.
5. Promote a digital and process-oriented culture across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven results leading initiatives in quality and performance improvement with a BPM and Six Sigma approach.
2. Mastering business process modeling using BPMN (having applied it in ARIS preferred).
3. Strong skills in performance management, stakeholder management, and change management.
4. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification preferred.
5. 3-5 years in process improvement, ideally within Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
6. Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
