To learn more about the company, please check our website www.comfone.com Operate, maintain and develop the IPX transport services and systems of Comfone Implement and manage IP transport access links to Comfone IPX, including planning, routing, testing, documentation and providing technical support to Comfone customers and peers Improve the IP access infrastructure supporting IPX services, ensuring reliable performance and scalability Proactively monitor the IP access network and manage capacity to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues before they impact service Troubleshoot services and resolve technical incidents worldwide to minimize downtime and restore services efficiently Provide 2nd-level on-call duty support to internal and external parties University degree or equivalent in the field of telecommunications, communication systems or comparable with a very good understanding of IP networks and protocols Experience in working with Cisco/Arista routers and switches, as well as firewalls, including configuration, troubleshooting and performance optimization Deep knowledge of IP networking-related protocols and technologies, including routing protocols BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, TCP/IP, IPSec, VLANs, QoS and DNS, as well as familiarity with network security principles and practices At least 5 years of professional experience in operating carrier-grade IP networks Knowledge of the LTE/GSM mobile network technologies and roaming industry is a plus Dynamic, communicative and customer focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable service Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
