Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, with a focus on independent asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors.
* Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell structured products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Support Senior Sales: Assist senior team members in managing existing books of business and in structuring deals.
* Market Expertise: Stay informed on market trends and product developments to provide insightful advice and innovative solutions.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
* Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, ideally in finance, economics, or a related field.
* Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential + an additional languages like Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic.
* Sales-Driven Personality:
o Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
o Passionate about sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
o Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets and build your book of business.
* Experience:
o Ideally, some sales experience or internships in financial services, wealth management, or structured products.
o Strong motivation to develop into a leading sales professional.
