* Identify and expand key customer accounts and forge strategic partnerships
* Oversee the effective and efficient execution of marketing and idea management processes, continuously monitoring and refining methods
* Collect and disseminate customer insights to support promising product and solution ideas, with an emphasis on services, platforms, components, modules, and systems software
* Establish marketing communication requirements for the OEM business and coordinate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure implementation
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and manage key account strategies, ensuring follow-up and lead tracking
* Ensure the companies brand accurately represents OEM services
* Develop and oversee the entire marketing and product management budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* Create and monitor metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities, providing both direct and indirect leadership to the marketing team

* Working experience in a senior marketing position within the life science industry
* Comprehensive leadership experience
