Retail & Visual Merchandising (6 to 12 months internship or temporary contract)
* Roll out the yearly event activation plan in line with brand strategy & Retail
* Maintain the visual merchandising in all stores and POS following global guidelines with local adaptations correspondingly to TAG Heuer’s standard to ensure that the boutiques and animations are properly maintained
* Contribute to analyze the performance of store
* Contribute to create Retail-Training content for Mystery Shopping and new product launches.
Job responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Stock Management
* Support retail & wholesale POS by implementing our visual merchandising guidelines & provide reports
* Through regular visit, ensure the VM (display, product presentation, windows) and the overall appearance of all stores and POS are in line with guidelines
* Ensure optimal brand expression at the POS by supporting partners in implementing windows, displays, trade accessories, furniture, catalogues, etc.
* Order and implement animation in all stores and POS
* Follow up on and update in store visuals
* Liaise with the HQ VM team in the implementation and validation of our VM
* Work with key contractors, follow up the execution
* Optimize storage/stock management of VM Material
Activations & Events
* Roll out an annual activation plan for stores and our key partners and monitor the KPIS
* Suggest new clients activations and Events in collaboration with HQ and local marketing team
* Work in close collaboration with boutique managers to identify and recruit new partners
* Lead a bi-monthly complete review on retail excellence best practices in the region - from our competitors but also other industries
CRM activation & follow up
* Follow up on KPI and client treatment
* Support the boutiques on developing their clientele
* Keep boutiques up to date on launches (calendar plan) and provide them with product support material
* Share content product material with FSS & FR
Retail admin coordination
* Support for in-store daily business
* Overlooking stock needs
* Trade and gift order and delivery
* Prepare presentation and other weekly and monthly reports
Profile
Holding a recognized degree, you have had a first professional experience and a good understanding of the luxury environment. Previous retail experiences are an asset. You are fluent in English; German or French would be a plus. Word, Excel and PowerPoint have no secret for you. You have strong analytical skills and can easily build reporting out of raw excel data.
Self-starter, you are able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented thanks to strong organizational skills. You are also able to show flexibility due to change in business demands. Autonomous and rigorous, you use your multi-task skills and creativity to suggest efficient improvements. Open-minded, you are known for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able and willing to travel across Switzerland.
