Country Sales Manager
YOUR CHALLENGES
1. Strategic leadership and coordination of a cross functional team of sales, engineers, service technicians, customer service, product management and finance including aligning team resources and structure in order to effectively execute global sales strategy.
2. Demonstrated experience driving a corporate sales strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
3. Direct management of team including annual reviews, personal development and objective setting in line with corporate objectives.
4. Develop strategic growth plans aimed at increasing market share and driving strategically important corporate objectives.
5. Prepare monthly sales forecasts for presentation to VAT management.
6. Establish relationships with executives of key accounts.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
1. Completed commercial or technical studies (Masters/MBA) with a minimum of 5 years of accomplished sales management experience.
2. Experienced in equipment business of SEMI and vacuum industries or similar is a plus.
3. Working experience in an international group.
4. Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Manage annual and quarterly sales forecasts.
5. Experience managing a global account for a publicly traded company preferred.
6. Proven negotiation skills at C-level.
7. Must be highly proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Dynamics CRM, Office applications and WebEx.
8. Vacuum Technology and system architecture knowledge required.
