Responsibilities
* Assist in recruiting new staff according to a predefined profile with HR and retail manager approval
* Onboard and train new hires
* Promote brand enthusiasm among the team to continually enhance customer service
* Mentor colleagues to acquire new skills and maintain employment during sales (sales skills, products, visual merchandising)
* Organize meetings with store and assistant store managers
* Evaluate employee performance, skills, and development through regular check-ins
* Foster trust by acknowledging success and addressing problems
* Act as a neutral referee in case of conflicts
* Hold regular team meetings (at least once a week)
* Motivate and empower colleagues daily to meet monthly and quarterly targets
* Familiarize yourself with various collections and products (trends, styles, materials, etc.)
* Ensure a unique customer experience (team availability, quality of customer care, cash handling speed, role reversal within the team)
* Provide services to customers (repairs, exchanges, vouchers, mail delivery, etc.)
* Prevent theft by staying vigilant
* Operate the tour-guide-business
Setting the Scene for the Brand
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and clean store environment
* Evaluate overall comfort to ensure an excellent customer experience (store atmosphere, lighting, music, etc.)
* Organize and execute presentations while adhering to merchandising norms and guidelines
Store Management
* Manage contracts and plans in compliance with labor laws and social regulations
* Optimize expenditures affecting the operating statement (office supplies, phone bills, etc.)
* Set an example regarding strict adherence to cash register procedures and financial protocols (bank statements, cash register status, etc.)
* Analyze results based on collections and indicators to develop effective plans
* Ensure smooth information flow and direct it upwards
Store Organisation
* Guarantee the optimal condition, maintenance, and necessary equipment of the store
* Monitor the organization and cleaning of the material reserve and back office according to defined processes
* Perform logistical tasks (qualitative and quantitative control of deliveries, unpacking packages, and arranging products in-store)
* Apply and respect product flow specifications (handling falsely delivered items, transfers, defective items, returns, etc.)
* Confirm orders and ensure optimal restocking based on stock analysis
