Our client, a global and well-known brand, is looking for a Senior Key Account / Sales Director with full responsibility for the Swiss market. The company is a world-leading manufacturer of FMCG goods and houses a broad brand portfolio.
Responsibilities: Create a vision for the market and strategies to get there
P&L management including FC management
Successful execution of sales initiatives across customers and segments
Control of trade spend and cost of sales
Lead a commercial team & attract, develop, and retain talents
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Human Resources, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain
Top customer management from annual negotiation to execution of promotions
Minimum Requirements: BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
Comprehensive FMCG experience
Proper Swiss market and customer understanding is a plus
Proven track record as Senior KAM or Sales Director or similar roles
Extensive negotiation skills with a proven track record
Team management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical experience / P&L management experience
Influential leadership and result-oriented personality, with attention to detail
Fluent in English
Travel Requirements (up to 40%)
