Sous-Chef Role
As part of our dynamic team, you will assist the Chef in overseeing the work of the Chez Meyer's Restaurant, Jack's Brasserie, Banquets, and breakfast services. Your role involves setting an example for the teams, supporting the Chef with daily kitchen management, and ensuring dishes meet HACCP and Relais & Châteaux standards.
Missions:
* Production of culinary items while adhering to HACCP hygiene rules.
* Effective management of goods, including freshness and quantity.
* Maintenance of preparation schedules and deadlines.
* Meeting customer requirements regarding served dishes and allergies.
* Ensuring cleanliness and order in production and storage areas.
* Participating in service setup monitoring and control.
* Maintaining quality service as established by the Chef.
* Management of purchases, stocks, and inventories.
* Analysis and management of costs.
* Management of administrative tasks and schedules.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Training in hospitality/kitchen is required.
* Language proficiency in German, French, or English.
