Position Summary
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will analyze customer and market performance, develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives for assigned customers.
A Day in the Life of a Junior Key Account Manager
Analyze customer and market performance and develop actions based on these insights.
Build complete customer plan to drive the overall business.
Execute plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives.
Be accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
What will make you successful
At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
Category Development experience in consumer goods with distributor or retailer.
Result-oriented, resilient life-long learner with excellent communication skills.
Well organized, strong analytical skills.
Fluent in German (ideally Swiss German), English and French.
