The Sales Enablement & Operations department steers and centralizes all the processes, training, tools, and content made available to Sales representatives to help them sell efficiently and adapt to any changes.The Sales department is made up of five teams (150+ employees spread over six offices): Paris, Nantes, Marseille, Geneva, Barcelona, and Munich, including around seven Sales representatives in the DACH region.You will be part of the Sales Enablement & Operations team, a group of 18 cross-functional representatives made up of the following teams:Operations: Dedicated to the day-to-day management of structuring projects to support Lucca's growth and the Sales department's ambitions.
