Lead Financial Analyst Internal Reporting
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities within the Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) team, as part of the SigniFi program.
The SigniFi program is a multi-year global finance transformation initiative aimed at bringing the latest technology and best-in-class financial processes to Johnson & Johnson.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Provide insightful analytics and recommendations to deliver interim and end-state management reporting solutions.
3. Support the squad teams to design and implement innovative solutions and ensure that key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner.
4. Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
5. Partner with change management, communications, and training teams.
6. Ensure ongoing integrity of financial data analytics and internal reporting enterprise standards.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting / Finance. Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Masters are preferred.
2. A minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
3. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) is required.
4. Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach is required.
5. Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset is required.
6. Ability to balance big picture with attention to detail is required.
7. Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.
8. Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX and USGAAP is preferred.
9. Diverse experience obtained in Finance roles in multiple business units is preferred.
This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
