* Conduct recruitment activities, including initial screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
* Manage and update employee records, handle HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and benefits administration
* Supervise office staff, manage facilities, supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
* Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and handle special projects as needed
* HR specialist certification with several years of experience in HR or similar role
* First experiences in Office Management/administrative processes
* Fluent in German and English; spoken and written
* Proficient in MS Office and Abacus
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Highly independent way of working
