Commercial Operations Manager EMEA
Position Summary
The Commercial Operations Manager EMEA will be the pivotal communication point between hospital pharmacies / distributors and Novartis for managing the time critical sales order processing of Zolgensma working together with the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations EMEA.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop close collaborative relationships with external customers as well as internal customers to support commercial activities;
2. Ensure efficient communication and support for our customers;
3. Responsible for triage of emails and enquiries for Zolgensma internally and externally;
4. Link with Supply Chain Operations and Logistics & Distribution on receipt of an order to trigger the supply processes;
5. Generate / manage sales orders in SAP;
6. Track orders status, requests for documents, creation of automatic PO’s, consignees;
7. Communicate updates on delivery to hospitals / distributors;
8. Submitting e-invoicing for specific countries into the online platform;
9. Liaise closely with teams in Prague and Zurich Finance;
10. Create / update / manage SOPs, Work Instructions & Best Practice Processes;
11. Ensure alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage key processes.
