Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Technician you manage and resolve service desk ticket and technical issues. Moreover, you install, configure and support IT Hardware and Software, you maintain data (local users and IT assets) and you contribute to the global IT Assets and user data management. You assist with IT Projects (upgrade and deployments). Besides, you up-date the documentation, maintain service desk standards, resolve complex issues and improve service desk.
Profile:
* CFC in IT
* Minimum 3-6 years experience in a similar position
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems and services
* Good knowledge in O365, Intune and Entra Services
* Good knowledge in IT Security and Network
* Technical certifications (CompTIA, MS, Cisco), a plus
* Fluent in French and in English
