Project Manager w/m - Switzerland
Missions :
* Manage the complete lifecycle of B2B solar installation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while handling detailed engineering documents and EPC contracts.
* Develop and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs), negotiate terms with suppliers, and establish framework agreements to streamline procurement processes.
* Lead and manage project teams, effectively delegating responsibilities and ensuring accountability. Oversee the P&L aspects of projects, driving profitability through efficient resource allocation and cost management.
* Create and maintain project timelines, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with plans and promptly addressing any issues.
* Support the sales team during the offer stage, acting as the bridge between sales and engineering teams regarding the technical aspects of the offer until it is signed.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to align project goals with client expectations, clearly communicating requirements and responsibilities to all stakeholders.
* Verify as-built and operational maintenance documentation, ensuring all project deliverables are accurate and complete.
* Potentially build and lead your own team as the business grows.
Profile :
* A background in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial).
* Over 3 years of experience in the B2B solar industry
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
* Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and German; additional French is a plus.
