Job Responsibilities :
* Provide assistance to Singaporeans with notarial, citizenship, passport matters and consular services in times of emergencies such as death, illness, etc.
* Assist foreign nationals with notarial, visa and other immigration-related matters.
* Respond promptly to general inquiries received via post, emails or calls.
* Manage information, database and work processes/procedures related to consular matters for Singaporeans in Switzerland.
* Operate the reception counter and handle calls to the Mission.
* Maintain the decorum of the public reception area and interview room, ensuring that reading/information materials are up-to-date.
* Assist in logistics arrangements for events organized by the Mission.
Required Qualifications :
* Excellent command of English and French languages. Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
* University degree. Previous experience in customer service is essential. Experience in similar immigration/consular positions is advantageous.
* Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records and deliver results efficiently and on time.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically and professionally with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Familiarity with IT and Microsoft applications.
