Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless service delivery from order to billing.
* Upsell opportunities during order taking.
* Maintain a clean and organized F&B outlet.
* Foster effective communication with the kitchen team.
* Master various presentation and cutting techniques.
* Have in-depth knowledge of all menus, including daily specials and hotel offers, to inform customers and make sales recommendations.
* Ensure guests are satisfied with their meal experience, prepare bills, and handle payments efficiently.
* Provide attentive, discreet, and efficient service that makes guests feel at ease.
* Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate it to superiors.
* Report any guest complaints to management and assist in resolving issues.
* Stay up-to-date with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
* Adhere to internal regulations regarding uniform standards, grooming, and dress code.
* Stay informed about events within and outside the hotel.
* Promote hotel services through interactions with guests.
* Maintain strong relationships with other departments.
* Embody company values and good behavior towards colleagues and superiors.
* Inform management of incidents or problems that occur during work hours.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel establishment or luxury brasserie.
* Fluency in French and English; proficiency in another foreign language highly desirable.
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Simphony.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
