Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions and services, with deep knowledge of the MEDDIC sales process. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to engage C-level executives across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify cybersecurity needs and opportunities.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
* Apply the MEDDIC framework to qualify prospects, focusing on Metrics, Economic Buyer identification, Decision Criteria/Process, Identifying Pain, and Champion creation.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales engineers, SOC, and marketing) to align sales strategies and meet client needs.
* Present and position cybersecurity solutions including managed services, EDR/SOC offerings, incident response, and consulting services.
* Build relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity priorities and ensure alignment with offerings.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying potential business opportunities to expand market share.
* Maintain CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility for management.
* Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering technical concepts in business terms.
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
* Experience working with CRM tools.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
