Overview
For the further expansion of our qualification team, we are looking for an experienced person with knowledge in the qualification of equipment in the GMP pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out qualification activities for our process equipment, supporting and coordinating FAT, IQ and OQ, as well as creating the necessary qualification documentation.
Responsibilities
Independent performance of GMP-compliant installation and functional qualifications on SKAN products (e.g. filling line isolators, test devices) internally and externally, including documentation & preparation of test reports.
Carrying out various tests including protocols.
Conducting user and maintenance staff training and training new employees.
Carrying out and evaluating process verification tests (e.g. long-term tests).
Participation in international development projects and operational quality assurance.
International travel between 10-40%.
Minimum Requirements
Engineer or technician specializing in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, systems engineering, or similar.
Experience in the qualification of systems and GMP-compliant documentation.
Confident working with electrical, pneumatic, and P&I diagrams.
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and manual dexterity.
Good written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
