Sales Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
1. Develop sales opportunities by identifying the decision-makers and building champions at CMO, COO and CTO levels.
2. Listen to clients/prospective clients' needs to deliver value and exceed expectations, build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them.
3. Enhance knowledge of industry, market and competitors to provide sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
4. Seek feedback from leaders, peers and clients to continuously improve and achieve personal and professional best.
About You
1. You have 6+ years of successful Enterprise software sales experience, having experienced full range of obstacles when creating complex & enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
2. You are incredibly smart, demonstrate great EQ and can adapt to fast-moving industry.
3. You have a record of accomplishments as one of top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division.
4. You love Customer Experience revolution and understand how Sprinklr can impact global organisation.
5. You share values that genuinely care about people's feelings and use relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities.
