Your tasks
1. Supporting the team in executing and optimizing email marketing programs
2. Assist in creating, developing and testing customer journeys, segmentation, forms and workflows
3. Participate in new and emerging test technologies & tools evaluation
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvements
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, and that e-mail marketing aligns to other campaign channels ( Paid Media, Social Media and Website)
6. Support the day-to-day running of the business within Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing, including the interaction with business users & technology partners and providing guidance and operational support
7. Create and update guidelines (SOPs) for Marketing Automation topics
8. Support the Marketing Automation Manager in the daily business
Your profile
9. Recently completed or studying towards a degree in digital marketing, business, journalism, media, communications, or related fields
10. Full business proficiency in English
11. Experience in Marketing Automation (or Email Marketing) is a plus
12. Motivated, resourceful, and curious self-starter
13. Proficiency in common technologies (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
14. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
