To join our team at Refarmed Chemicals, based in Lugano (CH). As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets for assigned territories and businesses, focusing on new business development and managing costs effectively to drive growth and profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Net Sales and Gross Margin responsibility for assigned territories
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (up to 30% travel) in Turkey and our global supplier network to drive sustainable growth
3. Negotiate deals, monitor costs, and develop pricing and contract strategies to meet sales and margin targets
4. Proactively identify market opportunities, manage product portfolios, and collaborate with other business teams
5. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, forecasts, and market reports to achieve sales goals
6. Resolve customer issues, provide regular sales reports, and maintain records in Salesforce.com
7. Represent Refarmed and DKSH at exhibitions and industry events, and collaborate with Sales Support on day-to-day operations
Your Profile
1. University degree in Pharmacy or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management in healthcare, biopharma, pharma or related business
3. Fluent in Italian, English and Turkish
4. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and autonomously in a multicultural environment
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to business
