Our team is seeking an experienced Head of Sales Small Enterprises to lead and inspire a dynamic team.
Your Tasks
1. Manage a team of 8 Account Managers.
2. Implement and adapt the sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
3. Develop and apply measures to ensure sustainable performance and high standards of service quality.
4. Oversee planning, allocation, and dynamic management of customer portfolios.
5. Ensure data integrity and updates in the CRM system (Salesforce).
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordination and success of commercial initiatives.
7. Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally in a short transactional cycle model via phone or video conferencing.
8. First successful experience in managing operational sales teams (Inbound & Outbound).
9. Strong knowledge of B2B services, preferably in digital, media, or HR.
10. Familiarity with the SME market in the German-speaking region of Switzerland is a major asset.
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
12. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
