In our Team …
1. Analyze category and market dynamics (sell in and sell out) highlighting the performance of the company, including identification of actionable commercial insights.
2. Develop and execute strategies to maximise range, space, location, availability, and macrospace for Frozen, by channel when applicable, always with a category objective approach (Category Management / Perfect Store guidelines).
3. Develop and execute Category plans specifically for the assigned channels: convenience stores and Food Service.
4. Responsible for executing Assortment Strategy: guidelines, tracking & monitoring.
5. Guide Foodservice Promotional plans and key FS category initiatives.
6. Drive Retail and Shopper Media execution.
7. Partner with KAM team to gain external engagement for key category growth platforms.
8. Monitor innovation performance and propose actionable plans to help them grow.
9. Raise the capability of the commercial teams in understanding the shopper and the category.
10. Support the Category and Revenue Growth Manager in different topics regarding the Category agenda and in the definition of the Category plans.

1. Bring 1/2+ years commercial experience in Category, Sales, Customer Marketing, or Insights role.
2. Hold a graduation degree preferably in business administration or marketing or a commercial apprenticeship.
3. Have practical Category Management experience and Swiss Retail Market understanding.
4. Fluent in German and English (a must); French and Italian are a plus.
5. Ability to use Nielsen tools (Nielsen Discover and Spaceman) is a plus.
6. Strong analytical and inquisitive mind-set together with FMCG passion and interest.
