Job Description
1. You will manage the entire pricing strategy, manifest creation, and sales forecasting for different competitions.
2. You will enhance the customer journey, manage data effectively, and maintain exceptional customer service standards through our client's ticketing platform in partnership with a third-party provider.
3. You will develop and implement ticket and hospitality sales strategies, generate revenue reports, and assist with financial reconciliation and auditing procedures.
4. You will maintain ticket inventories and oversee the placement of all ticket holds.
5. You will implement the new ticketing platform across all areas, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient ticketing operations, and effective sales and reporting.
6. You will coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling narratives and sales messages, ensuring high demand and sales.
7. You will act as the liaison with different stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication with them.
8. You will oversee the work of the Ticketing Executive, ensuring they meet their targets and support the overall ticketing strategy.
The Successful Applicant
1. You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the sports industry, promoter environment, entertainment venue, or similar.
2. You have solid experience in creating or managing an in-house ticketing platform for large-scale events.
3. You have proven knowledge and the ability to collaborate with commercial stakeholders and sponsors to meet their requirements.
4. You speak English fluently (C1) and French (B2). Other languages are an asset.
5. You possess strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating diplomacy and flexibility.
6. You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and are self-motivated.
7. You work independently and have an innovative approach to problem-solving.
8. You are willing to travel.
