We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will locally shape and implement our global HR strategy at the country level in Switzerland and, as part of the country’s leadership team, bring the matrix organization of ‘local business’ and ‘global HR’ to life.
Your impact
* HR Strategy Enabler: Advising and supporting the Business Leadership Team in Switzerland regarding HR strategy, joint action on key trends, as well as workforce planning etc.
* Talent Enthusiast: Increasing the quality and depth of succession planning and contributing to organizational development.
* Trusted Advisor: Leadership coaching and development to ensure success, implementation of labor law initiatives.
* Integrator: Promoting the employee experience along various initiatives and providing input for change programs and their implementation.
* Culture and Change Agent: Promoting diversity and inclusion as well as increasing employee engagement and organizational health measures.
* Trend Spotter: Quickly understanding and assessing social and HR trends, discussing insights with the global HR team and the local leadership team, and implementing appropriate measures.
Who you are
You have first-class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, strong agility and decision-making ability, good negotiation techniques, and the ability to read between the lines. To ensure that you are successful in your job, we are also looking for:
* Degree in business administration, psychology, international cultural and business studies, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.
* General knowledge of human resources and (Swiss) labor law, as well as change management.
* High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English and German, as well as French at a good conversational level.
