Responsibilities:
* Monitor the technical status of all the aircraft.
* Act as the primary point of contact for flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC) for all technical issues during operational hours.
* Assist Maintenance teams and third-party maintenance organizations.
* Ensure the continuous airworthiness of the fleet.
* Track and analyze all reported defects across the fleet.
* Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) scenarios and coordinate recovery operations.
* Maintain compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.
* Ensure adherence to the quality system and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
* Valid EASA Part 66 License.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in line maintenance.
* Familiarity with AMOS software is beneficial.
* Strong ability to manage technical events and AOG scenarios under pressure.
* Willingness to work in a shift pattern with full shift duty capability.
* Excellent decision-making, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
