Your role
Interested in working with financial data, risk and acting as the first line of defense in safeguarding our business? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Group Risk Control Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
learn about and monitor known risks particularly related to Structured Lombard loans, while also discovering and defining unknown risks
examine complex transactional risks and provide independent challenges in line with our risk control frameworks
analyze, evaluate and support our risk modeling techniques to ensure that risk-based returns are appropriate
drive the continuous enhancement of risk-related systems and infrastructure
contribute to and define new processes for new Structured product offerings
work closely with client relation managers, credit risk officers and stakeholders from other control functions to manage risk and make necessary adjustments to the credit in the interest of both the client and the bank
prepare reports on risk metrics for management oversight purposes
Your team
You’ll be working in Group Risk Control located in Zurich. The team is responsible for identifying, assessing, advising, monitoring and reporting for financial risks, including credit and market risk.
Your expertise
has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about risk management & control. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
