Key tasks:
1. Order processing: Creation, handling, and tracking of customer orders and invoicing
2. Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
3. Coordination of interfaces between our customers, distributors, sales managers, logistics, production, as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Finance departments
4. Creation of compliant and complete export documents, their management, and ensuring correct export and import handling
5. Maintenance of the ERP system in the order processing area
6. Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
Your profile:
1. Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of freight forwarding, international trade, or customs
2. Experience in order processing and customer service
3. Good written and spoken skills in English and Italian; German is a plus, any additional language is welcome
4. Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
5. Strong service orientation and solution-focused mindset
6. High degree of (self-)organization
