Your responsibilities:
* Manage the SIGVARIS GROUP's Flat Knit product portfolio as part of the global product management/marketing Oedema team.
* Identify customer and market needs, key benefits, and value of our products in cooperation with local sales teams, contributing to sales forecast planning and pricing in target markets.
* Monitor the Oedema market, interact with customers in key markets, and collect market inputs.
* Analyze customer needs, competitors, and current and future market trends.
* Define the vision and roadmap of your products in collaboration with the global director of product management/marketing and other stakeholders.
* Work closely with the product development and production team to deliver Oedema products that align with our vision and meet market needs.
* Collaborate with the marketing manager Oedema to develop the right mix of marketing communication materials.
* Develop a deep understanding of Oedema indications and their treatment with flat knitted compression garments.
* Support the creation of business cases and new product launches.
* Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with product development, sales, finance, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
* Possess an academic degree in business administration, marketing, textile technology, health care, or life science.
* Have experience in product management and project management, preferably in medical technology or the textile industry.
* Exhibit an engaged, communicative, and honest personality, working solution-oriented and structured.
* Set realistic timelines and consistently meet them.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and make data-driven decisions.
* Possess a hands-on mentality with strong business acumen and textile affinity.
* Show good knowledge in presentation techniques and enjoy speaking in front of an audience.
* The position is based in St. Gallen (20% travel expected).
* Fluency in English at Level B2/C1; German is an advantage.
