The person in this position will report to the CMO, and will have a team of 2 people.
RESPONSABILITIES
1. Trade Marketing Coordination: Lead and manage trade marketing activities, across international markets.
2. Strategy Development: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
3. Customer Management: Craft and implement strategies to curate exceptional customer journeys, focusing on engagement, retention, and loyalty programs tailored to high-net-worth individuals and affluent clientele.
4. Clienteling Initiatives: Drive initiatives to cultivate and enhance relationships with key clients through personalized services and targeted marketing efforts.
5. CRM Program Development: Establish and oversee a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program designed to segment customers, personalize communications, and optimize the customer lifecycle management process.
6. Product Launch Strategy: Collaborate with product development teams to create comprehensive launch strategies for new collections, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trends.
7. Luxury Retail Excellence: Implement initiatives to elevate the luxury retail experience, including training retail staff on brand heritage, product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Experiential Marketing: Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies to create unforgettable brand experiences, including exclusive events, VIP dinners, and private viewings.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of trade marketing initiatives.
10. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within trade marketing activities.
11. Budget Management: Effectively manage trade marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
PROFILE
12. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in trade marketing within the luxury goods sector, demonstrating successful project management and team leadership skills.
13. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
14. Deep understanding of the luxury goods market, with a solid grasp of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.
15. Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
16. Customer Journey Management: Experience in crafting and implementing personalized customer journey strategies for high-net-worth individuals and affluent clientele, enhancing engagement, retention, and loyalty.
