Proclinical is seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Digital Biomarkers to join our client's team in Basel, Switzerland. This role focuses on leveraging mobile technologies to collect and analyze sensor data from clinical trials and care settings. You will play a key role in developing innovative digital biomarker solutions and supporting evidence generation activities.

Responsibilities: Analyze clinical and digital biomarker data from various studies.
Support digital biomarker evidence generation with statistical modeling and analysis.
Manage work packages, including planning, risk assessment, and communication of progress and results.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of statistical analysis pipelines.
Key Skills and Requirements: Advanced degree in biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in statistical methods such as linear mixed effect models and survival analyses.
Strong skills in Python and R, including libraries like Pandas, SciPy, and ggplot.
Knowledge of best software development practices, including unit testing and version control.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and statistical skills with a structured working style.
Excellent English communication skills.
