CONTEXT
Intern to assist the HRIS Talent and Experience team in the Workday Implementation, focusing on Talent and Performance and Employee Listening.
This position will also be your opportunity to deepen your knowledge of a Workday Implementation and Employee Listening Surveys.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the HRIS People Engagement Intern, you will be in charge of:
Supporting ongoing Workday Implementation Project, focusing on Talent and Performance Module.
Partnering with the HR People Engagement team to support employee listening surveys by managing the feed of data from our HRIS system into the platform and assuring all needed demographics are available.
Supporting the HR People Engagement team deploying Employee Listening Surveys across Maisons, Functions and Regions.

You are an excellent communicator, and you are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit .
You are organized and love to be challenged to solve problems.
You are client-oriented and open-minded, and like to connect the dots.
You are motivated to be a key player in making the workplace environment better for everyone and to contribute positively to the sense of purpose at work.
You are fluent in English ; French is a plus.
You are available for a 6-month internship with a starting date from 15.03.2025.
You have an internship agreement with your school/university.
