How will you make an impact?
1. Provide category intelligence and procurement expertise (category knowledge, spend and risks analysis, market knowledge, best practices)
2. Contribute to the implementation of the categories strategy across the perimeter
3. Set up and manage preferred suppliers
4. Launch and manage value creation initiatives
5. Monitor and report performance
Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities
1. Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and advise in their sourcing strategies
2. Actively contribute to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies
3. Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA, etc.)
4. Provide procurement support for the duration of projects
5. Manage contracts
6. Manage supplier relationships, business reviews and continuous improvement
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
1. You are a procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in IT procurement categories in an international and fast-paced environment
2. You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage with different types of suppliers
3. You act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value
4. You have excellent communication skills and are capable to influence and collaborate with diverse and demanding stakeholders
5. You are curious and capable to think outside the box to provide creative solutions
6. You are autonomous, structured and have excellent analytical skills
7. You are fluent in both English and French
