Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, with at least three years of experience in the FX & CFDs sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and establish new partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers (IBs).
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and business opportunities.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
3. Proven track record of client acquisition, partnership management, and revenue growth.
4. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Multilingual proficiency is a plus (especially in languages relevant to target markets).
