Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in a fast-paced and agile environment? We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager Sourcing Devices & Digital Health to join our Healthcare Sourcing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead supplier and contract management in defined areas, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and fostering collaboration.
Your role
As the main interface between our internal business units and our external supplier network, you will dive deep into understanding critical business drivers and ensure that our strategic goals are met. You will drive cross-functional alignment while leveraging your strategic sourcing expertise to deliver exceptional value in quality, cost, sustainability, and innovation.
In close alignment with business stakeholders, you will not only craft and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation, but also focus on performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sourcing lifecycle: from supplier identification, evaluation, and selection, to negotiation and contract management of services, development, licenses, and supply agreements.

Who you are
1. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field.
2. You bring over 5 years of experience in both indirect and direct procurement.
3. Experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry is a plus.
4. You thrive in managing remote stakeholders and excel in a matrix organization.
5. You are highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to make an impact.
6. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with senior management.
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of German and/or French is an asset.
